Zoning Amendment Request Approved for Bomarc Development LLC

Apartment Complex 1At the Regular City Council Meeting of November 20th, the City Council approved a zoning amendment request for Bomarc Development, LLC related to approximately 10 acres of property located at the northwest corner of N. Tibbets Boulevard and Pueblo Boulevard.  The zoning amendment request provides a rezone of the property from residential R-2, with a maximum density of 11 units per acre to residential RMF, with a maximum density of 20 units per acre.

Bomarc Development, LLC is preparing to construct a new market rate apartment rental community on the property which will contain 7 apartment complexes (96 total units) along with a club house, pool and a manager’s residence.
