REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Notice is hereby given that this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from City of West Wendover (the “Owner”) invites the submittal of Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in providing Design-Build services for the West Wendover Fire Station and optional Community and Recreation Center (Project) as described in the RFQ.
Proposers shall submit the SOQ to Anna Bartlome, City Clerk, at City of West Wendover, 1111 N. Gene L. Jones Way, West Wendover, NV 89883 before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) August 5th, 2021.
The Project Documents will be available beginning Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 and may be downloaded under QuestCDN project #7875417 at www.questcdn.com for a non-refundable charge of $15.00. RFQ/SOQ submitted after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. City of West Wendover will not accept RFQ/SOQ submittals by facsimile, electronic transmission, or any method other than stated in the RFQ. The City of West Wendover reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time if it deems, at its sole discretion, that such measures are in its best interests.
