“Three friends embark on a quest with an angelic guide to vanquish some sort of evil threat. Along the way a village boy is killed in a gruesome attack by some kind of creature. The friends must do their best to stop the creature and escape with their lives.”

It is not often you find someone local who is making a splash in the fantasy book writing world but we have one for you. 

West Wendover local Dylan Wirth who also happens to be one of our Public Works employees here at the City made his author debut on January 30^th in the fantasy/horror genre with his book titled: “SOMBRA.”  

The illustrator for the book is Alejandra Itzel Sanchez Munoz who lives in Mexico.
