At the Regular City Council Meeting of March 1, 2022, City Manager Chris Melville presented to the City Council the Preliminary Site Plan for the Vista Bella Apartments Project which was subsequently approved by Council.  This project is a two-phase 184 residential unit apartment project within a gated community arrangement.  It also includes an apartment manager home and maintenance building along with three single family company homes and a pool area on approximately 10 acres at the northeast corner of Pueblo Boulevard and Alpine Street. 

The project is being developed by Peppermill Properties, Inc., and is part of their efforts to increase housing availability for their large workforce as well as the community on whole.   A timeline for construction has not yet been set as they continue through the plan approval process with the city, but the project is expected to be underway soon.
