Beginning June 5, 2023, WW Clyde Construction will be undertaking a $30 million dollar construction project for Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) which will take place on Interstate 80 from the Nevada/Utah state line to 4 miles west of the Pilot Peak Interchange (Exit 398).  Lane closures will be in effect with one lane open each direction at all times. 

The project includes cold milling, replacement asphalt with open grade, barrier rail, guard rail, signage, striping and lighting as well as Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) improvements.

Please be cautious and observe posted speed limits and stay alert for changing road conditions, construction vehicles, equipment and personnel.

The project is expected to be complete June of 2024.  There will likely be a winter shutdown period from December 2023 through February 2024.
