
On May 30th, the 5th Grade Class of the West Wendover Elementary School took part in the City's Public Works Department Litter Control Program by collecting over 1,200 pounds of trash.
Public Works Director Raul Naranjo said, "I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Principal Dispirito and the school for their participation in the Litter Control Program. The students' exceptional efforts, which resulted in the collection of over 1200 pounds of trash today, have made a significant difference in our community. Their dedication and hard work are truly inspiring and deeply appreciated."
