The City welcomes Bonneville Off Road Racing as they hold their 2024 Last Chance 250 off road race in the high desert just a few miles south of West Wendover on October 5th.   Operations Manager Duncan Rowley tells the City they are expecting around 25 racers along with 150 people in attendance for the event.  

The event is held largely on trails adjacent the Bluebell Wilderness Study Area west of West Wendover along the Toana Range under permit from the Bureau of Land Management.

So keep an eye  out as you are likely to see a bit of dust kicking and roosting during the day.
