With infrastructure already in place and a fresh zoning designation to encourage high-density mixed-use projects, the West Wendover Downtown Civic Center offers a rare opportunity for developers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to shape the future of one of Nevada’s most strategically located cities. “This is a legacy project,” said Chris Melville, City Manager of West Wendover. “We’ve laid the groundwork—literally and figuratively—for a new chapter of smart, sustainable growth. The project is also guided by Cutter Love, Deputy Community Development Director, whose focus on community-first planning and streamlined approvals makes the opportunity even more attractive to prospective builders.
