Travel America Truck Stop (TA) and Black Bear Diner Nearing Completion

Great news everyone!

The TA Truck Stop and Black Bear Diner being developed by LV Petroleum out of Las Vegas are nearing completion and plan to be open before the end of November. The project includes a Travel America (TA) Truck Stop with fuel islands for both automobiles as well as semi trucks, a large semi truck parking area, a C-store with all its amenities including Sbarro Pizza as well as two restaurants Del Taco and Bojangles Chicken. Additionally, just across the street is the new Black Bear Diner.

This fully developed project also includes significant public improvements by the developer with an extension to N. Florence Way and our newest street addition: Leppy Hills Boulevard. Both of these significant long planned public improvements will serve the continued development of properties on the north side of Interstate 80 at Exit 410.

LV Petroleum Hosts Walk-In Hiring Event for New Travel Center in West Wendover

West Wendover, NV – LV Petroleum is excited to announce a multi-day, walk-in hiring event taking place Tuesday, October 7 through Monday, October 13, 2025 at the Best Western Plus- Wendover at 685 Wendover Blvd. Wendover, UT 94083.

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as we open our brand-new travel center located right off I-80. With several well-loved dining brands under one roof, our travel center offers both quick-serve favorites and full-service comfort meals that make every stop memorable.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, with weekly pay! Available positions include:

Cashiers
Porters
Cooks & Servers
Shift Leads
Assistant Managers
General Team Members

The travel center will feature Black Bear Diner, Bojangles, Del Taco, and Sbarro, along with a state-of-the-art convenience store and gas station. Whether it’s hearty breakfasts, quick lunches, or family-style dinners, guests will find comfort food and friendly service at every turn.
