 A new electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging station has opened at the Pilot Travel Center located at 1200 Wendover Blvd. in West Wendover.

The station features four 350 kW DC fast chargers, providing EV drivers with a convenient location to recharge while traveling through the area. The site is part of Pilot's nationwide EV charging network developed in partnership with General Motors and EVgo.

While their vehicles are charging, visitors have access to amenities at the travel center, including restrooms, showers, food and beverage options, and other traveler services.

The addition expands EV charging infrastructure in West Wendover and provides another charging option for residents and travelers using Interstate 80.
